Diversity & Inclusion

Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) at Neology

We believe that Diversity & Inclusion is essential to delivering on our mission to help our communities reduce congestion, improve sustainability, enhance safety, and generate increased revenue. We believe that diversity is a strength and inclusion is the right thing to do. Both are essential to creating breakthrough, innovative ideas that only come from a diverse workforce that is empowered to challenge conventional thinking. Together with our shareholders and partners, we’re creating a culture where every employee can feel a sense of belonging, regardless of gender, race, ethnicity, religion, age, disability status, or sexual orientation. This includes equitable compensation, benefits, and opportunities for development and advancement.Embedding D&I into all that we do supports our Purpose of partnering with our customers to [re]imagine mobility by:

·         Advancing societal change
·         Helping our customers achieve their D&I commitments
·         Attracting, developing, and retaining high-quality talent from a broad and diverse talent pool, that are representative of the communities in which they live and serve
·         Innovating through diversity of thought and experience

Our Approach

Diversity & Inclusion is central to our People strategy, driving innovation, engagement, impact, and a sense of belonging. We have four D&I focus areas:
1.       Empowering inclusive leadership
2.       Building and sustaining a diverse leadership and talent pipeline
3.       Developing and promoting programs to shape culture and behavior
4.       Contributing to the communities where we live and work, which includes our commitments to supplier diversity

Our Key Targets and Progress

In 2022, we’ll create and roll out D&I programs in alignment with our four D&I focus areas, collecting data and setting a baseline for our organization. Additionally, we’re setting targets that drive us forward and help us understand our progress toward realizing our diverse and inclusive culture across every part of our global organization. In 2023, we’ll publish a progress summary with KPI metrics that shed light on how far we’ve come and help us clearly understand how far we have to go.
